With his most powerful move, Great Glacial Aegir, the young Todoroki manages what seemed unattainable – defeating Dabi permanently. This unexpected turn of events leaves everyone stunned, but Toya, the malevolent one, continues to harbor a desire for his family’s demise even while encased in ice. Endeavor tries to calm the rage within Dabi and offer an apology for the torment he subjected his entire family to over the years.
