4 Emmerdale spoilers next week
1. Carl King Jr catches cousin Tom King destroying evidence
Tom watches over young Isaac Dingle (Bobby Dunsmuir) and manages to find a moment when they’re alone to request the return of his tablet. Isaac mentions that it’s back at home, and guides Tom to where the hidden spare key is kept, allowing him to retrieve it himself.
Tom sneaks into Butler’s Farm to find the tablet, but hides when Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) walks in.
In the meantime, Sam (James Hooton) and Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) can’t figure out why Tom’s tricks aren’t affecting Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell).
Amelia regrets causing distress to the pair, and hands over a photograph of Esther to Sam, asking him to deliver it to Samson Dingle.
However, if Amelia attempts to convince Lydia that she’s mistaken about Tom, will Lydia be able to change Amelia’s mind instead?
Belle inquires whether anything from Moira’s voicemail has sparked a memory for her, yet Moira can’t remember anything related to it.
Belle is taken aback when she encounters Tom, who boasts of his expected court win, causing Belle to feel a deep sense of fear.
Later on, with the assumption that he’s all by himself, Tom starts destroying the tablet, oblivious to the fact that his younger cousin, Carl King Jr., was secretly observing him.

2. Laurel Thomas and Charles Anderson’s fling causes bust-ups
The relationship between Laurel and her son Alfie Clarke, known as Arthur Thomas, is still strained. Meanwhile, Nicola King, portrayed by Nicola Wheeler, manages to extract a confession from Arthur and becomes an unexpected ally, encouraging him to mend fences with his mother.
However, Nicola’s endeavors might escalate the conflict even more, and there’s a possibility that Laurel may unintentionally reverse the progress made by Laurel and Arthur.
Simultaneously, Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) notices the rising tension between Charles and Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson), as their disagreement about Charles’s feelings for Laurel escalates.
In a different wording, Charles feels ashamed as Manpreet scolds him and departs, while Laurel wishes to discuss their circumstances with Charles. However, Charles remains firm, terminating their relationship.
Is it possible for Laurel and Arthur to recover their relationship, and is there any indication that Charles wishes to terminate his budding relationship with Laurel?
3. Billy Fletcher’s secret revealed
As a die-hard cinephile, I find myself stealthily answering secret phone calls, all while ensuring Dawn Fletcher (Olivia Bromley) doesn’t spot the concealed pair of boxing gloves I hastily stash away.
Dawn and Billy can’t wait to take their newborn son, Evan, home from the hospital, but when Billy inquires about buying a budget-friendly vehicle from Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb), Mack is wary of Billy’s recent wealth and an injury he’s currently tending to.
At dawn, Dawn cautions Billy against tardiness when picking up Evan. However, seeing a worried Dawn waiting for Billy, Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) kindly offers her a ride instead.
Soon enough, Mack encounters Billy, who’s badly injured and bleeding, standing on his doorstep. Billy insists against going to the hospital, fearing involvement from the authorities. Instead, he implores Mack for assistance.
Billy admits he took part in an illegal boxing bout, a move aimed at earning income for his loved ones. Now, John Sugden (played by Oliver Farnworth) is there to tend to Billy’s wounds, but will Billy choose to reveal the truth to Dawn?
4. Kim Tate confides divorce doubts
To alleviate the guilt from compelling him to part with his haulage shares, Invitee Nick Miles (Jimmy King) will be extending an invitation for a drink at Home Farm.
Jimmy takes pleasure in sharing a beer with Will, away from the inquisitive investigation about Tom. However, this momentary relief is shattered when Kim discovers them, leading to her anger over the untidy living room.
Later on, Kim steps out from the upper floor, radiant as she prepares for a dinner engagement with her financial advisor, Peter. Jimmy appears stunned, while Will simmers with anger, but Kim finds delight in having unsettled him.
In response to being even more frustrated by Peter and Kim’s actions, Will reacts angrily by throwing a punch that sends Peter crashing to the ground. Meanwhile, Kim begins to question her own marriage as doubts creep in.
Kim confides in Lydia that making Will angry didn’t bring her the satisfaction she anticipated, and Lydia proposes that they still harbor feelings of affection for one another.
Observing Will struggling, I can’t help but wonder if my actions towards him, unintentionally or not, might just interfere with Kim’s attempt to reconcile with him.
