Visit Urstella Fields during the Starlight Stone Ceremony and participate in the event. Fight off Goblins, gather Star Dust, and offer it to the Seven Memorial Stones. The process is straightforward, but remember there are additional tasks to accomplish if you’re aiming for Codex completion.

Seven Monument Stones Exploration Codex | Throne & Liberty Guide
In Throne & Liberty’s “Seven Monument Stones” Exploration Codex, you’re asked to join the “Starlight Stones Ritual,” a recurring event in Urstella Fields that takes place approximately every few hours each day, much like other events such as the regular Gigantrite boarding event.
On your computer screen, simply click on the icon located at the upper right corner that’s been clearly indicated – this will take you to the in-game timetable where you can find out when the next event is scheduled. If you’re playing on a PlayStation, press L2 and Triangle simultaneously, or if you’re on Xbox, press LT and Y at the same time to access the timetable.
You might also find a comprehensive schedule by exploring the map’s timetable instead. The “Starlight Stones Ritual” icon is designed to resemble a star with tiny particles appearing to drift away from it.
As the event commences, make your way to Urstella Fields. You’ll receive a notification indicating that star energy is accumulating in the region and the countdown to the event start. Upon initiation, you’ll need to accomplish three distinct objectives for the “Sevent Monument Stones” Exploration Codex mission. Let’s break down each task!
Destroy Star Clusters
As a passionate explorer in the vast expanse of Urstella Fields, I’m tasked with locating and obliterating at least one elusive Star Cluster during the ongoing event. These clusters are tricky to spot due to their diminutive size, often blending into the surroundings, but keep a keen eye out for them as they appear randomly across the fields. The image provided offers a helpful guide to recognize these cosmic gems when I come across them.
Just give it a good smack when you find it to complete the task! You’ll also get a lot of Star Powders, which is important for the next task.
Possess 40 Star Powders
During the “Starlight Stones Ritual” event, Star Powders serve as the points. You can observe your current count on the screen’s right side. The objective of this event is to amass as many Star Powders as you can and subsequently deposit them into Monument Stones.
In essence, you can collect Star Powders either by defeating Goblin foes scattered across the Urstella Fields or by shattering Star Clusters. If you manage to amass at least 40 Star Powders, which should take around 20 minutes given the duration of the event, you’ll be well on your way!
It’s important to keep in mind that you should have all 40 Star Powders with you before attempting to use them on Monument Stones. You don’t want to run out, so it’s best to accumulate more than 40, if possible.
Submit When Only Two Monument Stones Remain
Previously, we noted that you need to hand over your Star Powders at the Monument Stones. In the Urstella Fields, there are seven of these stones, and they are clearly indicated on your game map for easy reference.
To begin with, all seven Monument Stones are operational at the outset of the occasion, enabling you to deposit Star Powders on any of them. However, one of these stones loses its functionality at specific intervals throughout the event. Crucially, only two Monument Stones will still be functioning when there are merely three minutes left before the event concludes.
Pay attention to the time remaining and which Monument Stones are currently active by checking the event details displayed on the right side of your screen.
In the remaining three minutes, make haste to submit your Star Powders once just two Monument Stones remain. This means it’s time for you to cease engaging in battles and swiftly move towards one of the Monument Stones instead!
Additionally, it’s advisable to position yourself near several Monument Stones for a better likelihood of finding an active one. Keep in mind though, which ones are deactivated is purely random, so you’ll need some luck on your side! Yet, with enough speed, you should be able to reach even the distant ones just as the timer reaches 3 minutes.
