Halo Infinite is Adding a Third-Person Mode in November

As a seasoned gamer with a decade-long love affair with the Halo franchise, I can hardly contain my excitement about the upcoming third-person mode in Halo Infinite! I remember the first time I played Halo on an original Xbox back in the day, and it was a life-changing experience. Now, here we are, years later, and the franchise is evolving once again to offer us a fresh perspective.

For years, the Halo franchise has offered a unique first-person gaming experience. Soon, players will get the opportunity to explore this world in a completely new manner.

343 Industries and Microsoft have revealed that they’re introducing a third-person perspective for “Halo Infinite” in November. This feature is being developed alongside SkyBox Labs. Initially, this new perspective will only be available for the PvE mode called Firefight, but 343 Industries has hinted that multiplayer and Forge could also adopt it at a later stage.

343 Industries recently unveiled a sneak peek at Halo Infinite’s third-person gameplay mode. Here’s a look at the work in progress. Since the seasonal updates for this shooter ended earlier this year, this significant new feature is bound to delight fans.

Halo Infinite is available on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
