Tonight’s (October 5th, Saturday) performances on Strictly Come Dancing will not feature Nick Knowles, as he sustained an injury during the previous week’s rehearsals.

Expressing deep disappointment and immense sadness, Knowles shared a video on social media, discussing his current injury situation.

Unfortunately, it seems things aren’t going my way once again. Despite a challenging past week, this one had been shaping up wonderfully. My training was progressing exceptionally well, and as Luba suggested, I was dancing quite well too. However, during rehearsals today, I unfortunately took a fall and hurt my knee.

Furthermore, the medical team was exceptional; both the doctors and physical therapists provided excellent care. There was plenty of icing applied to the injury, ensuring proper treatment. Upon examination, they determined that an MRI scan would be necessary for a more detailed understanding of my condition.

Consequently, this situation implies that Knowles cannot perform dances. Given the regulations of the competition, he along with his professional partner Luba, won’t need to compete this week and will automatically advance to the next round.
