As someone who has spent countless hours binge-watching spy thrillers and action series, I am absolutely thrilled about the upcoming release of Citadel: Diana! The original series was captivating, and the fact that it’s expanding to include an Italian spin-off is nothing short of exhilarating.

In the same universe as the series featuring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden, a new spin-off show focuses on Matilda De Angelis’ character Diana Cavalieri. This is just the beginning; more stories are expected to unfold within this shared world.
I’ve really enjoyed working on Honey Bunny and Diana, and I admire countless filmmakers globally. Time will tell what lies ahead for us.

Citadel: Diana plot
2030, Milan: Eight years prior, the influential crime organization Manticore brought down the global intelligence agency Citadel. Now, Diana Cavalieri (Matilda De Angelis), a former Citadel agent, operates undercover within Manticore as their mole, isolated and operating covertly behind enemy lines.
When she finds an escape route, her only option is to rely on an unlikely companion, Edo Zani, or Lorenzo Cervasio, who’s actually the heir of Manticore Italy and son of Ettore Zani, a key player in the Italian organization. He’s currently challenging the other European families for leadership.
