As a dedicated follower, I’d like to share an interesting tidbit: Michael Keaton, who played the Birdman character, mentioned that he intended to be credited as “Michael Keaton Douglas” in his 2023 film, Knox Goes Away, which he both directed and starred in. Unfortunately, he admitted forgetting to make this change before the movie’s premiere.
“It might not happen legally,” Michael added. “Someone might challenge me.”
It’s possible that a person may not be mistaken for another famous Michael Douglas, such as the one who starred in “Batman” or “Basic Instinct”. As this actor pointed out, he and his similarly named counterpart have addressed the confusion over their shared names.
