It simply doesn’t make strategic sense for them to help fortify their competition.
On both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, the game will indeed debut. However, it can only be obtained through traditional physical or digital purchases, without any special editions or enhanced versions being offered.
As a dedicated moviegoer, I can confidently predict that the current strategy Microsoft has implemented for their Call of Duty series isn’t about to undergo any significant changes in the near future. This approach seems set to become the norm across all future installments of this popular franchise.
On the 25th of October, 2024, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be simultaneously released for play on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows.
