As a seasoned adventurer who has traversed countless regions and overcome numerous obstacles in Throne & Liberty, I must say that the “Measuring Cooperation” Exploration Codex quest is one for the books! The Daybreak Shore region of Stonegard never ceases to amaze me with its challenging yet rewarding quests.
In the Daybreak Shore area within the game Throne & Liberty, one of the tasks under the Exploration Codex is called “Measuring Cooperation.
It appears that one member of the Resistance is finding it challenging to create a map of the region due to a broken device needed in the process. Unfortunately, he won’t be able to fix it or get a new one for some time. Yet, if only someone swift enough… perhaps someone skilled in Glide Morphs could assist?

Measuring Cooperation Exploration Codex | Throne & Liberty Guide
In the “Measuring Cooperation” mission for Throne & Liberty, you’ll find yourself in the region called Daybreak Shore within Stonegard. Simply navigate to the location indicated on the map above to kick off your adventure.
Upon arrival, you’ll spot a towering structure near the waterfront, which serves as a watchtower. Climb up by utilizing the grappling points on its southern face all the way to the summit of the tower.
Upon reaching the summit, locate Surveyor Rael and have a chat with him. He’ll express concerns about a malfunctioning measuring instrument that hinders him from updating his map of the surrounding region. The device mysteriously switches itself on and off, leaving him unable to work!
As an enthusiast, here’s how I would rephrase it: To lend a hand, first, I need to engage the Measuring Device by Rael, then promptly soar over towards the tiny island located southward. Once prepared for takeoff, interact with the device to commence our journey.
Once you turn on the Measuring Device, leap from the tower’s southern edge and transform with your Glide Morph. In the next 25 seconds, make your way to the tiny island located southwards, marked above. Hurry, but remember to conserve energy during your glide!
1st sentence: Reach the island to accomplish your goal, if you’ve moved swiftly enough.
