As a seasoned observer of public figures and their trials, I find myself deeply intrigued by the case of Sean Combs, also known as Diddy. The man has lived a life that is nothing short of extraordinary, from his meteoric rise to fame in the music industry to his forays into business and fashion. Yet, it seems that his personal life has become entangled in a web of allegations and legal battles.

Since his September incarceration over accusations of sex trafficking, prostitution, and racketeering (charges he denies), more individuals have emerged claiming that they were subjected to sexual assault by Combs.
In a series of recent documents acquired by TopMob News, one plaintiff (referred to as Jane Doe) claims that the baby oil discovered at Combs’ residence contained Rohypnol or GHB, substances frequently known as the “date rape drug.
The court documents filed on October 14 claim that this individual had a preference for employing drugs like Rohypnol (also known as Flunitrazepam) or GHB. Allegedly, they used these substances to carry out numerous instances of sexual violence and rape against multiple victims without their consent.
The lawsuit mentions accusations towards Combs that he “sprayed victims with lotions or comparable skin oils” and asserts these solutions contained GHB, making it simpler for the drug to penetrate the victim’s skin and facilitating opportunities for exploitation, abuse, and assault.
However, it’s alleged that the 54-year-old wasn’t just using GHB in baby oil; authorities claim they seized approximately 1000 bottles of it during searches of Combs’ home in September. Furthermore, court documents suggest that this substance was also found in drinks served at his events.
At his gatherings, it’s mentioned that Combs allegedly surreptitiously added a drug into the cocktails he served. This drug was often disguised in glasses of champagne or ‘lemon drops.’ Attendees were reportedly compelled to drink this alcoholic beverage laced with GHB either before entering the party or while at Combs’ event.
Five new lawsuits have been filed against Combs by Jane Doe and four others, who chose to remain unidentified. These lawsuits, made on behalf of three men and two women, cover allegations against Combs that date back as far as 1995 and extend up to 2021.

TopMob News reached out to Combs’ legal team at the time of these filings but did not hear back.
Speaking about the lawyer involved in the filings, Tony Buzbee – who earlier mentioned representing 120 accusers of Combs – addressed the recent surge of accusations he’s dealing with and his intentions to submit additional claims within the upcoming weeks.
Buzbee stated on Instagram on October 14 that instead of making our own statements, we’ll let the accusations in the submitted complaints serve as their own proof. We anticipate filing numerous additional cases in the coming weeks, with Mr. Combs and others named as defendants, as we collect more evidence and ready the paperwork.
Apart from presenting his case, the lawyer additionally shared reasons that might explain why a large number of accusers are stepping up now, just before the trial of Combs, which starts on May 5th.
“I think the indictment and the arrest kind of gave people a little more comfort that they had more safety and support to step forward,” he told Law & Crime earlier this month. “When I made an announcement that I was going to pursue this case, the floodgates really opened. In a 10-day period, we got 3,200 calls and then from the press conference we had yesterday, we had 12,000 calls in about 24 hours.”
Previously, Combs’ legal team had already stated that they would not accept responsibility for any past or future accusations related to sexual assault.
In a statement made to TopMob News on October 1st, one of his lawyers, Erica Wolff, stated that it’s impossible for Mr. Combs to respond to every baseless accusation as the situation has escalated into an irresponsible media spectacle. However, he firmly and unequivocally rejects any claim suggesting he sexually abused anyone, including minors, as false and defamatory.
Wolff emphasized that he is eager to demonstrate his innocence and clear his name in a court of law, should any charges be formally presented. He believes the facts, supported by solid evidence, will ultimately reveal the truth, rather than relying on assumptions or conjecture.

Following Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ denial of guilt for charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy on September 17, his legal team suggested a $50 million bond package with conditions. This included securing equity in his Miami residence and his mother’s house, as well as restricting his travel within specific regions of Florida, New York, and New Jersey.

Over a thousand bottles of baby oil and personal lubricant were confiscated during the searches conducted at Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami, as indicated by the unveiled 14-page indictment dated September 17th.
According to the charges, the oil and lubricant were stored for purposes of what Combs referred to as “freak-offs,” events where he is said to have arranged sexual liaisons involving women he reportedly compelled or intimidated and male escorts.
In the TMZ documentary titled “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment“, which was released on September 27, his attorney Agnifilo expressed confusion about the source of the number 1,000, saying “I can’t figure out where that figure came from.” Further elaborating on the topic, he suggested that given Diddy’s lifestyle, which includes a large residence and bulk purchases, it seems plausible that he would have access to Costco stores in all the places where he owns properties.
On the other hand, Costco clearly chose to opt out, making it clear to TMZ via a statement that none of their U.S. stores stock baby oil.

At a hearing held on September 18th regarding Diddy’s second application for bail, Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson stated (as reported by NBC News), that Diddy is said to have sent texts in the days following the alleged assault. One text read, “Give me a call, the police are here.” Another message stated, “I have six children at home. Call me, I’m surrounded.
In the courtroom, Johnson did not mention Cassie by name. Instead, she testified that the alleged victim of Combs sent a text message saying, “I find it disturbing that you think your actions are acceptable.
Bail was once again denied, this time by U.S. District Judge Andrew L. Carter Jr.
On October 3rd, I learned that my assigned case, the Combs case, was transferred to Judge Arun Subramanian due to the fact that Judge Carter couldn’t set a trial date that worked for everyone involved.
During an Oct. 10 status hearing, Subramanian set a trial date of May 5, 2025.
Attorney Johnson informed the court that she anticipated the trial for Combs would stretch around three weeks, yet she mentioned that there was a chance a supplementary indictment might be issued, potentially adding additional charges against him.
Agnifilo said in court they’d need about a week to put on their case.
