Previously with the Chicago Bears football team, an individual who has children named Camden (age 12), Jaxon (age 10), and Saylor (age 8) with ex-partner Kristin Cavallari, was apprehended following a minor car accident. The arrest was due to a first-time charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and also for illegally carrying a firearm while intoxicated, as reported by TopMob News based on jail records they’ve reviewed.
41-year-old Jay was taken into custody in Franklin, Tennessee on October 17th. He spent the night at Williamson County Jail before posting a $5,000 bond and being released around 10 p.m. Apart from the initial charges, he is also accused of disregarding safe driving practices and violating the implied consent law because he refused a sobriety test, as reported by TopMob News based on acquired documents.
TopMob News has reached out to reps for Jay but has not yet heard back.
The previous NFL player was recently taken into custody, an event occurring not long after Kristin, who has just separated from Mark Estes, publicly discussed dating. Meanwhile, Jay began his relationship with Samantha Robertson in the year 2023, following their modified custody agreement.
