Alan Wake 2 Gameplay Assist Menu Includes Infinite Ammo, Quick Turn, and Other Options

As an ardent gamer with a lifetime of gaming experiences under my belt, I must say that Remedy Entertainment has truly outdone themselves with the upcoming release of Alan Wake 2: The Lake House. The free Anniversary Update, launching alongside the second expansion, is nothing short of a game-changer for gamers like me who value accessibility and quality-of-life features.

Prior to the debut of “The Lake House”, Remedy Entertainment had planned an anniversary update for “Alan Wake 2”. This update will be released simultaneously with the game’s second expansion. It includes a variety of improvements to user experience and accessibility options.

These include inverting the X axis on the mouse and controller and gyro aiming on the PS5’s DualSense. You can also deactivate the motion sensor of the latter, adjust the pitch, yaw, roll of the gyro, and more. Haptic feedback also supports healing and throwable items. However, the most significant new addition is the Gameplay Assist Menu.

As a gamer, I appreciate the diverse accessibility features this game provides, such as automatically completing Quick Time Events, tap-to-charge weaponry, healing, using the Lightshifter, and swift turns. You can also enable player invincibility, one-shot kill mode, endless ammo, and limitless flashlight power.

On October 22nd, Alan Wake 2: The Lake House is set to release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms. In this continuation, players follow the journey of Kiran Estevez, a Federal Bureau of Control agent, as she delves into the mysteries surrounding the Lake House on Cauldron Lake after a strange occurrence at the facility.
