As a seasoned attorney myself, I’ve seen my fair share of high-profile cases, but the recent allegations against Diddy are truly disheartening. Having dedicated my career to seeking justice for victims, it’s distressing to see someone’s life and reputation being torn apart without due process.
Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ home was allegedly stocked with several kinds of illicit drugs.
It is claimed that the assistant of the rapper demanded that household staff maintain cocaine, which was also said to be the same drug found in Liam Payne’s system at the time of his death on October 16 (initially reported by a toxicology report), always available at home. This information comes from a court filing in February, obtained by TopMob News from music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones.
Kristina Khorram, the right-hand of Combs, instructed all staff members, ranging from the butler to the housekeepers, to carry a bag or waist pouch containing drugs such as cocaine, GHB, ecstasy, marijuana gummies (ranging from 100 – 250 mg’s each), and Tuci. This information comes from Jones, who claims in his complaint that he was subjected to sexual harassment and assault by Combs during the period he worked and resided with him from 2022 to 2023.
According to the lawsuit, it was crucial for Defendant Khorram to always have Mr. Combs’ preferred drug on hand, ready to be provided whenever he requested it.
Tuci, often called pink cocaine, is generally recognized as a mix of ecstasy and cocaine. However, a recent study published in the American Journal of Drug and Alcohol Abuse in 2023 suggests that this substance is more commonly made up of ketamine (a dissociative anesthetic), methamphetamine (meth), and MDMA (ecstasy). It may or may not include cocaine, and only rarely contains the psychedelic drug 2C-B, which is what gives it its name, tuci (also known as tusi, tusibi, or tucibi).
Beyond the household items, Khorram allegedly arranged for and supplied ecstasy, cocaine, GHB (a type of sedative), ketamine, cannabis, and mushrooms to Combs and various unnamed famous attendees, not only on his rented yacht but also in his homes located in Los Angeles, New York City, and Miami.
Additionally, it is reported that Khorram may have arranged for sex workers and prostitutes at the request of Combs, who recently pleaded not guilty in a federal human trafficking trial last month.
Combs’ attorney stated following his September 16th detention, “It’s best to suspend your decision until you have all the details.” He maintains that these actions are those of an innocent person with no secrets, and he eagerly anticipates proving his innocence in a court of law.
Regarding the accusations made by the Jones, Bad Boy Records founder had earlier dismissed the claim as filled with legally insignificant allegations and blatant untruths, according to a motion to dismiss that was acquired by CNN in August.
According to Erica Wolff, Mr. Jones’ lawsuit is entirely fabricated – an unscrupulous ploy aimed at generating publicity and securing a swift compensation. It should be noted that Mr. Jones never faced any threats, manipulation, violence, nor trafficking.
His lawyer stated, “We eagerly anticipate demonstrating, in a legal setting, that every allegation brought forth by Mr. Jones is fabricated and should be discarded.
TopMob News has contacted the legal representatives of both Combs and Khorram regarding Jones’ accusations, however, we haven’t received any response yet.

Federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) executed search warrants at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami properties on March 25, multiple law enforcement sources confirmed to NBC News.
The sources told the outlet the warrant was out of the Southern District of New York, and a spokesperson for HSI New York confirmed to TopMob News it “executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners.”
Law enforcement sources told NBC News the music mogul was in the Miami area when the search warrants were executed.
The news surfaced about an investigation following accusations of sexual misconduct against Combs, which started with lawsuits from various accusers in November. However, the musician has repeatedly denied these allegations, stating through a December Instagram post: “Disgusting claims have been fabricated against me by people seeking financial gain. Let it be known: I am innocent of the heinous acts being alleged. I will vigorously defend my reputation, my loved ones, and the truth.
The day following the execution of search warrants at both Sean Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami properties, his attorney, Aaron Dyer, released a statement. In this statement to TopMob News on March 26th, he expressed concern over what he described as an excessive use of force, stating, “Yesterday, there was an unnecessary display of military-level force during the execution of search warrants at Mr. Combs’ residences.” He went on to add that there is no justification for the aggressive behavior exhibited by the authorities towards Combs’ children and employees. Dyer also noted that while Combs was not detained, he did speak with and cooperated with the authorities. Furthermore, Dyer clarified that neither Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested or had their travel restricted in any way. He described the events as an “unprecedented ambush” paired with a coordinated media presence, which he believes has led to a hasty and unfair judgment of Combs based on unfounded accusations made in civil lawsuits, likening it to a witch hunt.
Dyer stated that Combs intended to vindicate himself, asserting that there’s been no proof of criminal or civil wrongdoing regarding the accusations made against him. He emphasized that Combs is innocent and will work tirelessly each day to establish his innocence.
During the searches, it’s been reported by multiple law enforcement sources who are knowledgeable about the warrant, that authorities from the Department of Homeland Security confiscated phones from Combs’ residence in Miami before he was due to travel to the Bahamas. Additionally, several sources privy to the situation mentioned finding guns during the search.
A person acquainted with the situation also disclosed to NBC News that four individuals – three women and one man – were questioned by prosecutors and investigators from the Southern District of New York regarding accusations involving sex trafficking, sexual misconduct, illicit drug dealing, and firearm possession, which are said to be connected to Combs.
On the same day that search warrants were carried out at Combs’ properties in Miami and Los Angeles, one of his associates named Brendan Paul was apprehended by the Miami-Dade police on drug possession charges. According to a source familiar with the matter who spoke to NBC News, Paul was arrested for suspected possession of cocaine and marijuana edibles. The arrest affidavit obtained by the outlet details these allegations. Paul was released from custody on March 26 after posting bond. Regarding this matter, Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, stated, “We do not intend to try this case in the media; all issues will be addressed in court.” In May, Paul accepted a plea deal, with his lawyer Bieber telling People magazine that “Brendan agreed to the prosecutor’s offer to allow him entry into the diversion program. Upon completion of this program, the entire case against him will be dismissed.
On September 16, 2024, as reported by NBC News, he was taken into custody in the lobby of a hotel situated in New York City. The specific reasons for his arrest and whether it is linked to recent raids are yet to be clarified.
The lawyer for Mr. Combs, Marc Agnifilo, expressed disappointment over the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s decision to pursue a prosecution that they view as unjust against their client. They believe Mr. Combs is not a criminal, despite his imperfections. In fact, Mr. Combs has been fully cooperative with the investigation and even moved voluntarily to New York last week in preparation for these charges.
Following his arrest on a sealed indictment, the charges against Combs were made public on September 17.
According to NBC News, Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, stated outside the court before the hearing that he would vigorously defend his client. The judge refused to grant bail at the arraignment.
After his apprehension, Combs was detained at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center and denied bail amounting to $50 million. This influential figure in the music industry was also kept under close observation due to potential suicide risk, a common practice for high-profile prisoners according to TopMob News sources. However, he has since been removed from this watch.
According to a source from NBC News, he was given the same section of the prison as Sam Bankman-Fried, who is known for his involvement in cryptocurrency fraud.
34-year-old comedian Jeff Wittek publicly revealed on September 29 that he had been to one of Diddy’s infamous “wild bash” events at a Miami mansion, approximately around the year 2010.
On Jeff FM, Wittek described it as towering about eight stories, with each level revealing increasingly bizarre occurrences.
He went on to describe an incident that night, which involved explicit sexual activity. It was the first time he had ever witnessed such an event in his life. As for him, he didn’t participate, but he did get extremely intoxicated.
As Wittek put it, “It’s just crazy. I was literally there. I lived through it.”
At a press conference on October 1st, lawyer Tony Buzbee revealed that 120 individuals have made fresh claims of sexual assault against the rapper.
At a press conference with NBC News, Buzbee stated that the accusations against Combs involve alleged acts such as:
In a subsequent statement, the legal representative of Erica Wolff made clear that Sean Combs continues to assert his innocence in response to the accusations leveled against him.
She stated, “He can’t respond to every groundless accusation in what has turned into a senseless media spectacle,” she said. “However, it’s important to clarify that Mr. Combs firmly and unequivocally denies any claims suggesting he sexually abused anyone, particularly minors, as false and defamatory.
During a press conference on October 1st, as reported by NBC News, Tony Buzbee, the lawyer in question, stated that one of the 120 accusers was just 9 years old at the time when they claim to have been assaulted by Combs.
According to the attorney, “25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.”
Janice’s lawyer, Natlie G. Figgers, expressed her sorrow in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter on Oct. 6, stating that it is distressing to watch her son being judged based on falsehoods instead of the truth. She described the situation as a painful public trial before he has had his chance to demonstrate his innocence. Just like any other individual, her son deserves the opportunity to present his case in court, to express his perspective, and to establish his innocence.
A legal representative for Beyoncé and Jay-Z responded following Piers Morgan’s television guest, Jaguar Wright’s assertion, which suggested that the pair have a greater number of “victims” compared to Diddy.
Lawyer Alex Spiro stated to TMZ on October 9th that what they’re dealing with isn’t just rumors or nonsense, but a serious and specific allegation.
In simpler terms, after being advised by their lawyer, Piers took down the untrue claim he had made earlier, followed by an apology.
On his October 8th broadcast, Piers stated that at the time, they weren’t available to counter or refute the allegations. However, he added, their attorney has since reached out to say these accusations are completely untrue and lack any foundation in reality.
