Skinner stated that joining the show felt like a natural progression since he’s been watching TV with David Baddiel for roughly 30 years, sharing countless laugh-out-loud moments during infomercials, even to the point where Dave would buy the products. However, he made an exception and avoided watching any programs that featured him specifically.
He rarely found reasons to laugh often. Supporting Stand Up to Cancer is an extraordinary initiative, and spending time with Dave on a couch seems like a more appealing alternative compared to enduring challenging tasks like climbing Mount K2 while carrying a refrigerator or other strenuous activities people undertake for charitable causes.

Although they both enjoy working together, Bez has admitted that certain shows prove more challenging to watch than others. “The most awkward for us is Naked Attraction,” he shared. “That’s the most awkward one. Sitting there and gazing at male genitalia, it’s not my preferred activity.

Sunetra Sarker, who plays a role in Ackley Bridge and has appeared in other shows like Brookside, No Angels, Casualty, and previously starred as Kaneez Paracha, joined Georgia Taylor for a series of Celebrity Gogglebox sessions. Additionally, Sarker participated in the 12th season of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014, dancing with Brendan Cole.
Many will recognise Taylor from ITV’s Coronation Street where she plays Toyah Battersby. Her other roles included: Ruth Winters in Casualty and Kate Barker in the ITV crime series Law & Order: UK.

Previously, radio host Jamie Theakston and Ashley Roberts teamed up for a joint appearance on the show Celebrity Gogglebox.

The first one, let’s call him Haver, had roles in Coronation Street and Don’t Wait Up, and even hosted The Bidding Room on BBC One. On the other hand, there’s Lawson, who shares a family bond with A-lister Ewan McGregor (his nephew, if I’m not mistaken). This guy has graced our screens in New Tricks and the original Star Wars trilogy.
