As a gamer who’s been following WWE for over two decades now, I can’t help but feel a twinge of nostalgia as I watch the Bloodline drama unfold. Sami Zayn, once an “Honorary Uce,” has found himself in a precarious position, much like when I was trying to level up my character in a MMO and ended up getting betrayed by my guild.

Tonight’s episode of WWE Raw featured a significant presence of the Bloodline, with Solo Sikoa, Jimmy, and Jey Uso all in attendance. Although Roman Reigns has mended fences with Jey and eventually Jimmy over the past few weeks, making him now a babyface, there are still lingering plots from the original Bloodline story that fans eagerly anticipate will be wrapped up neatly. One such plot revolves around Sami Zayn, who was once an “Honorary Uce” before being expelled from the group.

Following Zayn’s departure, his career experienced a significant boost as fans rallied strongly behind him for the first time in many years. He eventually became Tag Team Champions with his best friend Kevin Owens and won the Intercontinental Championship four times. However, it would be an understatement to say that Sami is merely questioning his place; rather, he openly approached Jimmy and Jey seeking a private conversation with the former Intercontinental Champion.

As a gamer, I’m curious about the current situation with The Usos and whether I’ll be returning to SmackDown to sort things out. Frankly, I think Solo’s causing more trouble than good. Sami seems agitated, but it sounds like he might be siding with Solo. He quickly assures me that he’s not picking sides, though; he just doesn’t want me getting involved in this mess at all.

Jey feels he’s listened to enough excuses, claiming that Zayn wouldn’t get it because they aren’t related. This remark hurts Zayn deeply. Later in the show, Jey reflects on his actions, and Jimmy proposes a talk between them. Eventually, Jey bumps into his brother outside near the parking lot, both of them watching as Zayn talks to Solo.

It appears that Zayn made it clear he’s not taking sides, but it seems like he might be preparing to take a strong stance following the betrayal by his closest associates. Whether or not he’ll get involved in a potential Bloodline conflict at the upcoming Survivor Series remains uncertain, especially with Crown Jewel approaching soon. If they truly believe they can outmatch the new Bloodline, they’re still likely to come up short and will probably need Zayn’s assistance to defeat them decisively. Ultimately, only time will reveal what plans he has for his former Bloodline allies.
