She went on to say that it can feel quite taxing. It’s almost like an unusual experience, which she wasn’t fully prepared for.
Once she no longer needs to rise at 3 a.m. every workday, she has a clear plan for how she will spend her leisurely mornings.
In her town, Hoda discovered there’s a 5:30 Soul Cycle class that she intends to join. She shared this during a conversation, as Hoda is a mother of daughters Haley (age 7) and Hope (age 5), with ex-partner Joel Schiffman. After the workout, she plans to return home to prepare breakfast for her kids and pack a coffee in her Yeti to go. Later, she will accompany her children on their walk through beautiful streets to school and give them a goodbye kiss.
