As a seasoned gamer with memories spanning decades of pixelated battles and epic quests, I can hardly contain my excitement for the latest announcement from Nexon – “Dungeon and Fighter: ARAD“. Having grown up on the thrilling world of Arad, I’ve always longed to delve deeper into its history and lore. The teaser trailer alone has sparked a sense of nostalgia that’s hard to put into words.


Back then, remember when Nexon unveiled a new open-world action RPG under the codename Project DW? Now, it’s officially known as Dungeon and Fighter: ARAD, derived from its original franchise. Take a look at the announcement trailer below.

The game Nexon is yet to reveal specifics about its plot, but they have confirmed that it takes place on the Arad Continent and boasts a range of varied characters. Legend has it that Arad was fashioned by the mighty Mage Myre and once maintained communication with Empyrean through the Sky Tower until the arrival of Bakal, the Dragon King.

The Role-Playing Game with Action elements could potentially take place during this historical era, offering a peek into the past. Regardless, it’s scheduled for showcase at G-Star 2024 from November 14th to 17th in South Korea. Therefore, we’ll uncover more details about it within a few short weeks.

The game titled “Dungeon and Fighter: ARAD” is currently under development for consoles, personal computers, and mobile devices, but a specific release date has yet to be announced.
