As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for all things Disney, I can’t help but feel a surge of nostalgia upon hearing about the free Evil Queen costume in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Growing up, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was one of my favorite Disney movies, and to see its iconic villain represented in this way is truly a delight.

There’s nothing quite like donning Disney character costumes, and it’s something people enjoy year-round, not just on Halloween! Now, in the game Disney Dreamlight Valley, players can experience the magic by transforming into one of Disney’s most famous villains – the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs! This exclusive costume is up for grabs at the Premium Shop until November 8th, and it doesn’t cost a dime. Whether this limited-time offer will return later or become a paid item in the future remains to be seen, but in the meantime, fans shouldn’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity!

After hearing the latest news about Disney Dreamlight Valley, I’ve seen quite a few gamers mention on social media that they spotted the Evil Queen costume in Scrooge’s Store, only to have it mysteriously disappear. Many assumed that it would reappear in the Premium Shop as an item purchasable with Moonstones. However, to our delight, it showed up in the shop without any need for Moonstones! This unexpected move has been met with a wave of appreciation from players like myself. It’s definitely a pleasant surprise, and I can imagine quite a few of us taking advantage of this great deal!

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, various Disney properties are showcased, but Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs have received little attention since the game’s debut. The film lacks a dedicated Realm, and none of its characters can relocate to the Valley; there’s also no representation of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride. However, future updates might introduce these elements. In the interim, this costume offers a fun way to honor one of Disney’s classic films. Although it’s intended for Halloween, players can wear it anytime in the game!

Yesterday, the developers of Disney Dreamlight Valley, Gameloft, shared a wealth of upcoming content details for the game. During this live broadcast, they also handed out some complimentary avatar items to viewers as a bonus. If you weren’t able to catch the stream, here are three freebies: a jacket (code DDVJJACKET2024), a hair bow (code DDVBOWHB2024), and socks (code DDVSOCKS2024). Unlike the costume inspired by the Evil Queen, these items aren’t obtained from the Premium Shop. Instead, you’ll need to input the codes in the Help section located under Settings within the game’s menu. We don’t have information on when (or if) these codes will expire, so it’s best to redeem them promptly.
