2. Multiple entries are permitted from travelers for this event, however, each individual traveler can only receive one award. No prizes can be combined or accumulated.
3. The event spans various online venues, and top entries will be chosen from all these channels. The stated awards represent the combined prize pool for all platforms. No specific prizes have been allocated per platform or region.
4. In case a single entry emerges victorious across various platforms, the reward will be distributed based on the original platform where it was initially submitted following confirmation (only one prize is awarded).
5. Following the declaration of winners, Travelers can express any concerns about the prize-winning entries via customer support email or in-game support. If a prize-winning work is deemed to have broken the event rules, we’ll rescind the prize and bar that user from joining any future community events permanently.
6. By joining this occasion, you consent to the public display of your unique game identifier on the event website. These identifiers are exclusively utilized for granting Primogems as prizes to victorious competitors, and they will be safeguarded in compliance with the regional data protection regulations and privacy policies.
7. If a player submits an incorrect Game User ID during the process of receiving rewards, our support team won’t resend the prize.
8. Primogem rewards will be delivered within 30 business days after the results are announced.
