Netflix’s 10/10 Sci-Fi Time Travel Show Is Getting an Exciting Follow-Up Thriller at HBO Max

Though created outside the US, the sci-fi series Dark gained a huge following with its intriguing ideas and complex plot, much like shows such as Lost and From. The creators of Dark, Jantje Friese and Baran bo Odar, are now working on a new series for Netflix. This show won’t be a continuation of Dark, but it will bring back some of the original cast, including Lisa Vicari. The new series, which doesn’t have a title yet, is based on a particularly unsettling book.

5 Best Alien Vs. Predator Games, Ranked

The arcade game Alien vs. Predator came out shortly after the SNES version, but the two games are very different. This arcade title is a beat ‘em up where players choose from four characters – two Predators (Warrior and Hunter), and two cyborgs: Maj. Dutch Schaefer (based on Arnold Schwarzenegger’s character from Predator) and Lt. Linn Kurosawa. Each character has unique moves and powers, and this arcade game proved to be much more successful than the SNES version.

7 Confusing Movie Franchises Where Canon Is Basically Meaningless

Some movie franchises lack a consistent creative vision – a key person who oversees each sequel and ensures everything fits together. While not essential – the recent Planet of the Apes films, for example, didn’t harm the originals – this consistency is really important for maintaining a cohesive story. Without it, franchises can become so disjointed that new installments feel completely unrelated to what came before, effectively breaking the established storyline. These are prime examples of when a movie series loses its way.

Spider-Man’s Most Controversial Story Ripped Off an Unpublished Superman Epic

Look, “One More Day” has always been a really divisive story, but as someone who’s dug deep into its origins, I think there’s a side to it people often miss. Those of us who truly dislike it have spent time researching how it came to be, and it’s fascinating to learn just how many big-name Marvel creators had a hand in it – including Mark Millar. He joined Marvel in 2000 and quickly became a major force. He was a big brainstorming contributor – for instance, he’s the one who pushed for Wolverine and Spider-Man to join the Avengers, essentially trying to make that team more like DC’s Justice League. And that wasn’t a one-off; he brought in a lot of DC-style thinking that really shaped “One More Day” into the story we all know – and often argue about!

‘Scrubs’ Revival’s St. Vincent’s Hospital Cameo Sets up Kim’s Return

Elizabeth Banks was a popular recurring guest star on Scrubs, playing Dr. Kim Briggs in 16 episodes. Unlike many temporary characters, Banks’ character had a lasting connection to the show because Kim is the mother of JD (Zach Braff)’s son, Sam. Surprisingly, she hasn’t been seen in the recent revival of Scrubs, even though it would be natural for her to reappear. However, a subtle hint in Episode 3, “My Rom-Com,” suggests that Kim Briggs might be coming back soon.
