As a seasoned observer of Bachelor Nation’s romantic journeys, I must say, the evolution of these love stories is nothing short of captivating!
Jason Tartick knows that heartbreak is always painful.
About three weeks since his breakup with Kat Stickler, this former Bachelor Nation contestant gave an update on how he’s managing.
He shared with TopMob News during a unique conversation at Heidi Klum’s 23rd Halloween bash on October 31st, “Each day is gradually improving, and I’m managing alright.” He added, “Divorces can be incredibly tough. That’s the truth—they can be extremely challenging.
Reflecting on my personal journey following two high-profile splits within Bachelor Nation, I’ve learned a few valuable strategies to help heal and grow from heartbreak. Here are some tactics that have worked for me:
He offered this piece of advice during the breakup: “Spend time reflecting on your experiences and learn from them. Strive for personal growth, aiming to improve upon the person you were yesterday. However, remember that change is seldom effortless; it can be difficult.
Even though he faced difficulties, Jason – who opted for an impromptu Aladdin costume – encourages males not to be hesitant about expressing their feelings.
“I think the biggest thing is not being afraid of your feelings,” he added, noting of strategies that have helped him, “Meditation, grounding, all that stuff. Day by day.”
Now, he’s looking forward to what his next journey will hold.
He pondered, thinking it might be growth, as he was striving to learn more about himself and plan the future.
He currently resides in Nashville, but with no ties left, he commented. It feels like a complete restart, an unexpected one at that. However, let’s move forward. I’m just working things out as I go along.
Jason and Kat, who is the mother of four-year-old Mary-Katherine with her former husband Mike Stickler, announced their separation on October 12th. This news came only three months after they publicly confirmed their relationship on Instagram in June.
Jason expressed on his Instagram Story that he and Kat have parted ways. He admitted that he gives his affection deeply and quickly, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. In this case, their relationship didn’t succeed.
He continued, “Kat has brought me so much happiness and light, she brought out parts of me I never knew existed. I will forever be grateful for her and of course, sweet MK.”
For her part, Kat shared a similar sentiment, noting the split was “amicable.”
In her personal account, she penned down, “It simply didn’t succeed,” referring to the relationship. “It’s not to say that affection expended was in vain. At times, it can seem as though the end of a relationship equates to wasted love, but love is never squandered.
The TikToker also defended her decision to introduce MK to Jason.
In her October 14 TikTok post, she shared that our relationship was progressing deeply—but then it didn’t—and that’s fine. What I wish for MK is that he understands I am searching for the ideal partner for us as we are like a single unit.
Instead of labeling them as romantic partners, the 30-year-old prefers to introduce her long-term companions to MK as friends to avoid potential misunderstandings.
She acknowledged that not all of her choices may be perfect, but she learns from her errors. Moreover, each decision she makes is guided by what she believes is in the best interest of her daughter and herself.

In November 2022, Greg Grippo – a contestant from Katie Thurston’s season of The Bachelorette the previous year – appeared alongside Victoria Fuller on the finale of Bachelor in Paradise (season eight). During their time there, they declared that they were in a relationship. However, by April 2024, Greg confirmed that they had ended their relationship.
Initially, Victoria Fuller and Johnny DePhillipo were engaged before they both declared their relationship on the finale of the eighth season of “Bachelor in Paradise”. However, prior to the public reveal with Greg Grippo, their romance had already ended.
Status: Divorced
Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist got engaged in November 2023 at the end of the first season of “Golden Bachelor” and got married during a live broadcast in January 2024.
However, three months after their nuptials, the couple announced that they were breaking up.
During our interview on Good Morning America with Theresa in April 2024, I mentioned that we’ve had many meaningful conversations and thoroughly examined our circumstances, including our living arrangement. As a result, we’ve reached an agreement together that it seems appropriate for us to end our marriage at this point in time.
They reached a divorce settlement in June 2024, according to court records reviewed by TopMob News.
As a devoted admirer, let me share my exciting news: After pursuing 32 potential partners, tennis player yours truly, Joey Graziadei, finally found the one – project manager Kelsey Anderson. In a heart-stopping moment during our season’s March 2024 finale, I confessed my deep affection for her, declaring, “I can’t wait another instant to express that I love you.” With tears in my eyes and my heart pounding, I dropped to one knee and proposed. “There is something about you,” I whispered, “Your energy is infectious, and it makes me smile like never before – a feeling I’ve never experienced until meeting you.” Dreaming of our eternal bond, I continued, “For a long time, I thought I wanted a beautiful life, but I never knew how truly breathtaking that life could be until I found you.

Though underwater welder John Henry Spurlock (one of Charity Lawson‘s suitors) and nurse Kat Izzo (she competed for Zach Shallcross‘ heart) didn’t connect until midway through season nine of Bachelor in Paradise, they were willing to dive into the deep end. “I’m going to try something a little different,” he said while offering up an Ascher cut Neil Lane diamond. “I’m following my heart today. My heart’s telling me that you are amazing, you are everything that I’m looking for.”
But days after the finale aired, the duo revealed they no longer saw forever in each other’s eyes. “While our paths are taking different directions due to our career goals not aligning,” they wrote in a joint Instagram post, “we are grateful for the love and support we’ve received from our family, friends, and Bachelor Nation.”
Status: Split
Despite her nerves about a Paradise engagement, an all-dressed-in-white Eliza Isichei (one of Clayton Echard‘s exes) happily accepted Aaron Bryant‘s oceanfront proposal. Touched by the software salesman’s decision to reach out to her mom for her blessing, she gushed, “I knew I was not in control of what was going to come out of my mouth.”
The finale’s coda acknowledged Charity’s ex and marketing manager Eliza had hit some bumps after returning from Mexico, and days later they announced they had officially ended their engagement.
“Tricky emotions watching it all unfold,” he wrote on Instagram December 2023. “We’re leading our amicable split with nothing but positivity and mutual respect for one another.”

Though postpartum nurse Kylee Russell lamented boyfriend Aven Jones‘ unwillingness to get down on bended knee—a move he was purportedly prepared to make while romancing Bachelorette Rachel Recchia—she ultimately accepted Aven’s Paradise proposal to “get out of here and make it work.”
Though that meant her planned engagement gown remained packed, “I just had to do what I felt was right,” she said. “Love is all about taking risk.”
Two days after their December 2023 finale aired, she announced on her Instagram Stories that their relationship had “dissolved due to multiple infidelities.” Aven later issued an apology to Kylee, writing, “I have made major mistakes in the relationship and hurt someone who was very close to me.”
In a playful manner, Charity Lawson shared with TopMob News her satisfaction with how this year unfolded, an announcement that fell short of revealing her future plans. During a surprising moment, integrative medicine specialist Dotun Olubeko declared his love as “flawless,” proposing to the child and family therapist by asking, “Would you make our fairytale come true by marrying me?
Status: Engaged
Zach shall get his happy ending. Despite more than a few Fantasy Suite-related stumbles, Zach Shallcross ended season 27 in March 2023 down on one knee. “I am so in love with you,” he told travel nurse Kaity Biggar. “You are my world. The love I feel for you is something I could have never imagined.”
In July 2023, the Texas-based duo made an even bigger step in their journey, with Kaity sharing on Instagram, “Officially roommates.” They’re currently planning their October 2025 vows.
The status for Danielle Maltby and Michael Allio, who appeared on season seven of BIP and seemed destined to be Bachelor Nation’s next power couple, is now split. Despite their efforts to make things work, they confirmed their breakup in a September 2023 episode of Jason Tartick’s podcast, Trading Secrets. Michael expressed his disappointment, stating, “We both invested a lot into this relationship and it’s heartbreaking when it doesn’t succeed. When relationships don’t work out, when you realize that love is present but compatibility is lacking, you grieve not only for the person and the friend in your life, but also for the future you had envisioned together.
Brandon Jones declared his affection for Serene Russell during their appearance on season seven of ‘Paradise’, stating he would love her forever and always desired to start an eternal journey with her. Unfortunately, their union didn’t last long – five months after their engagement aired, they shared the news that they had parted ways in a joint statement issued on Instagram in May 2023. “Navigating our relationship privately has been tough under public scrutiny,” they wrote. “We’ve experienced a great deal of pain and heartache. We simply ask for understanding and kindness as we move forward.
Status: Separation
The story unfolded as follows: Initially, Susie Evans turned down Clayton Echard’s advances during the 2022 finale. However, off-camera, they reconnected…only to part ways again six months later. Despite this, Susie, a videographer based in L.A., maintains that their separation was necessary. She expressed on her blog “Susie Was Like” that the people around her noticed her luster had faded and she was not flourishing as she should. She admitted they experienced many joyous moments, but beneath the surface, she was grappling with difficulties and feeling out of alignment with her best self.
After dating Justin Glaze from Bachelor Nation, Susie later revealed that their relationship had ended as well, in August of 2024.
Michelle, a Minnesota elementary school teacher, received a Neil Lane sparkler from Texas businessman Nayte Olukoya and a $200,000 check from producers for their future home. However, the relationship between them didn’t have a strong base, and they announced their separation six months after their season finale in December 2021. Although he mentioned on “The Viall Files” that there were many highs and lows, arguments, fights, and lack of understanding, Nayte admitted that not having the final conversation about the split in person was less than considerate.
In their joint statement issued in January 2022, Maurissa Gunn (who previously dated Peter Weber) and attorney Riley Christian announced that they have decided to part ways. They had initially shared a vision of enjoying many Sunday mornings together, but unfortunately, their relationship only lasted for a few weekends. The two realized they needed to focus on personal growth separately.
Status: Split
The initial same-sex pair from the Bachelor Nation became engaged during season six of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’, but they announced their separation in October 2019, which happened to be Halloween.
In a heartfelt announcement shared on Instagram, they expressed that love and concern for each other have always been central to their relationship. They emphasized that their primary focus has been ensuring the well-being of both parties. With heavy hearts filled with affection, they concluded that it is in their best interest to take some space from the relationship. In essence, they desire what’s best for them in the long term and, at this moment, that means growing separately.
Current Status: Engaged
In preparation for their grand wedding in September 2023, Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile, both well-known figures from Matt James’ season and Becca Kufrin’s journey respectively, decided to have an informal rehearsal by getting legally married at a City Hall near their New York City residences. This symbolic union took place approximately one year after they left the Bachelor in Paradise. Serena, who now co-hosts the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast with her spouse, joyfully announced the news on an October 2022 video, captioning it “JUST MARRIED!!”. They are still planning to have a formal wedding in September, but who wouldn’t want to experience the joy of marriage twice!
Kenny Braasch, a boy band manager, expressed his deep affection for Mari Pepin by saying, “I am so deeply in love with you,” as he placed a Neil Lane diamond ring on her finger during the finale of Paradise in 2021. “I can’t imagine my life without you,” he added. Consequently, the Maryland beauty queen, who initially caught Bachelor Matt’s eye, relocated to Kenny’s hometown of Chicago and began planning their lifetime together. Before they tied the knot in a 65-guest oceanfront ceremony in Puerto Rico in November 2023, they made their relationship permanent by getting matching tattoos during a trip to the Bahamas in May 2023.
Status: Married
As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it like this: Back in 2021 on season seven of Bachelor in Paradise, Becca, formerly from The Bachelorette, and Thomas Jacobs, one of Katie Thurston’s suitors, found each other. Their journey wasn’t smooth sailing though; they parted ways during the show, but reconnected once production wrapped. In May 2022, they shared their exciting news – they were engaged! And guess what? Becca took the lead and popped the question. “I hope that others can now feel empowered to break the mold,” she told TopMob News. True to her word, Thomas returned the favor in October of the same year.
Status: Split
In the final episode of season 17 of “The Bachelorette” in 2021, Katie became engaged to Blake Moynes. Their affection for each other was first expressed during their overnight date that featured a paintball adventure, a cowboy soak, and a chat under the night sky.
Bending on a knee, Blake expressed to Katie, “You are worthy of the whole world, and I look forward to standing by your side and offering my support each day from now on.
After three months, I, along with my partner, revealed our decision to part ways. We expressed our sentiments in harmonious statements, “We are deeply appreciative of the precious moments we experienced together and the incredible journey that unfolded throughout this year. However, we’ve come to realize that we are not ideally suited as lifelong companions, and it is the kindest course for us both to progress separately.”
Now, I am delighted to share that I am betrothed to the talented comedian, Jeff Arcuri.
Current Status: In a Relationship
Status: Split
Following her replacement for Clare Crawley in the 2020 season of The Bachelorette, Tayshia found love with Zac Clark. Despite exiting her season as an engaged couple, Tayshia, who transitioned from lead to co-host later on, disclosed that their relationship had its highs and lows.
Being in a new relationship and then stepping away for a while can be tricky, right? And I’m being sincere when I say this,” she expressed on the The Ben and Ashley I. Almost Famous podcast in August 2021.
Later on, she expressed, “It seemed like it was important for us to recall our reasons for being together. And, indeed, this is quite common.” However, in November 2021, TopMob News reported that they had chosen different paths.
Status: Split
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I found myself smitten beyond belief during season 16 of “The Bachelorette” by none other than Dale Moss. By the fourth episode, our connection had grown so strong that he popped the question! However, the twists and turns didn’t end there. Weeks following my departure, Tayshia found her own happily ever after, only for Dale to share on social media that our love story had sadly come to an end.
Approximately a month after their initial split, speculations about reconciliation arose when they were found together once more. Fast-forwarding to July 2021, following multiple reunions, Clare and Dale were back on track – complete with an engagement ring. However, by September of the same year, they parted ways again. Currently, Clare is blissfully married to Ryan Dawkins and they are expecting their first child together.
Status: Split
Following a short-lived courtship with Hannah Ann Sluss and a later breakup with Madison Prewett, fans anticipated that the third relationship for Peter would be successful. Unfortunately, his connection with The Bachelor season 24’s Kelley Flanagan did not last, as he announced on New Year’s Eve 2020 that their nine-month romance had ended.
Pete shared on Instagram, “Though our journey together was rich with numerous cherished moments, unfortunately it wasn’t meant to last. Kelly will forever hold a unique place in my heart.
In 2022, they made another attempt at flying together, but later in May of the same year, they disclosed that their relationship had come to an end.
Status: Split
After the intense 2020 finale, the pair shared on Instagram that they would no longer be continuing their relationship. Peter explained, “Madi and I have both decided it’s best not to carry our relationship forward anymore. This wasn’t an easy choice for either of us, but after numerous heartfelt discussions, we’ve agreed this seems to be the most suitable path for both of us. The affection and regard I hold for Madi will persist.
In her statement, Madi expressed, “I’ll forever cherish and honor him. I truly believe our lives were destined to intersect, and for the best, we have.
Status: Split
During season 24 of ‘The Bachelor’, Peter and Hannah Ann had a brief engagement. Regrettably, only a month into their exclusive relationship, issues surfaced during the finale’s second part. More precisely, it turned out that Hannah Ann was caught off guard by Peter still harboring feelings for Madison.
She stated, “All along, I merely wanted someone to offer their entire affection as I was giving mine. And you ended my initial engagement,” she said, returning the ring. “You took that from me, for I believed in you, and that’s what I kept asking of you – ‘Be patient with me. Have faith in me.’
Status: Married
They’ve come a long way since their #vanlife days. Though Dean Unglert (one of Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay‘s finalists) and Caelynn Miller-Keyes, who romanced Colton Underwood, split during season six of Paradise in 2019, they’ve been cruising together ever since.
Engaged in 2022, the former beauty queen wed her Help! We Suck at Being Newlyweds podcat cohost at a camp-themed affair in the Colorado mountains Sept. 23. “I just love him so much,” Caelynn gushed to TopMob News ahead of the vows. “I’m just so excited to be marrying someone who’s such a good person, who makes me laugh every single day even if I’m upset. I think our life together is gonna be really fun.”
Dylan Barbour and Hannah Godwin, who found love on season six of BIP, officially became husband and wife in a magical multi-day event held in France. Hannah shared with TopMob News that the wedding was everything they had dreamed of, surrounded by their loved ones. She described it as a dream come true. Mainly, content creator Dylan is thrilled to now call tech entrepreneur Hannah (from Hannah Brown’s season) his wife. They are eager for their future together in San Diego and feel like they already have a marriage-like bond with their families being involved and close.
Status: Split
After several months of anticipation, the duo from Bachelor in Paradise, Chris Bukowski (who began his multi-season flirtation on Emily Maynard’s season) and Katie Morton (who dated Colton), announced their breakup in 2019 through a joint statement. They shared their decision on their respective Instagram accounts that December, stating, “We have arrived at a stage in our relationship where it is best for us to part ways. We have decided to maintain our bond as friends because friendship forms the foundation of our relationship and it feels most genuine for us.
