Big Brother Alum Hospitalized After Accidentally Ingesting Detergent

As a fervent admirer of resilience and survival stories, I find myself profoundly moved by Francesca De Andre’s harrowing ordeal. Her life, much like a rollercoaster ride, has been a series of ups and downs that would make even the bravest among us pause.

Previously, a participant from the Italian adaptation of ‘Big Brother‘ is healing following an unintentional swallowing of laundry detergent and subsequent hospitalization.

Francesca De Andre, who was a contestant in season 16 of “Grande Fratello” in 2019, shared an unsettling story upon her return from the hospital.

At home, De Andre thought a glass was yogurt but it turned out to be detergent. In a post on Instagram on October 31st, he recalled how he almost died after mistaking the detergent for yogurt. He may have caused concern among those who saw and heard him sick and in pain from internal corrosion, forcing him to rush to the hospital. (Translated from Italian)

The reality star went on to share how much harm she could’ve done to herself because of the mixup.

De Andre wrote: “The detergent might harm my liver, appendix, stomach, and intestines. It’s also important to note that it could potentially damage my respiratory and digestive systems as well.

To prevent others from enduring the same ordeal, the 34-year-old ensured her difficult encounter served as a warning story.

She cautioned, “It’s best to exercise caution, particularly with kids and pets around, as they might get into it.

De Andre added that this was “just a moment. Now we’re here, after that we don’t know.”

In my heartfelt disclosure to my followers, De Andre confided that due to a subsequent operation, she now finds herself unable to conceive naturally. During this procedure, medical professionals had to remove all relevant organs.
