She also mentioned, “I’ll truly miss the warmth of his embraces and kisses, his boundless affection, and his wise counsel.” Adding, “Father, it’s a privilege to be your child. Your love endures eternally.

At the age of 91, Quincy sadly breathed his last at his residence in Bel Air, California. This was confirmed by his representative, Arnold Robinson, to NBC News, with the news being shared among his children, siblings, and immediate family members who were all present.
