As a seasoned entertainment journalist with over two decades of experience under my belt, I must say that this star-studded event is nothing short of breathtaking! The sheer number of talented individuals gracing the red carpet is truly awe-inspiring.

Ariana Grande‘s biggest fans? Her family.

At the Los Angeles premiere of the movie “Wicked”, where the actress who plays Glinda was present, had her family members, such as her mother Joan Grande and father Edward Butera, in attendance to join in the celebration with her.

Indeed, the entire family, which comprises her brother Frankie Grande and his spouse Hale Leon, struck a pose together on the red carpet on November 9th. This event made for an exceptionally memorable night for Ariana, who is acknowledged in the film under her full name, Ariana Grande-Butera.

During their interview on The Streaming Service with Justin Hill, the 31-year-old recently clarified that her nickname is actually a short form of her real name, which is also shared by her daughter. Simply put, she refers to herself as “Little Ari” because it’s the same name as her little girl.

Ariana added, “However, yes, this whole experience felt like coming home for me. Through Glinda’s lessons and Elphaba, portrayed by Cynthia, I discovered many things about myself. It’s as if I reconnected with my past self, and it was a beautiful way to pay tribute to the memories of when I first saw this show at age 10.

From the very start when Ariana got selected for the movie, her Wicked journey became a deeply felt experience for her whole family.

As I conversed with Justin Sylvester and Zuri Hall at the red carpet event for the premiere of Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, I told them an emotional story. It was at the Bourbon Room in Hollywood where this happened. At that moment, I was preparing to take the stage for my show “Horror Camp”. In a surprising turn of events, this conversation took place in the bathroom. My mother and sister were with me, and we shared a heartfelt moment that reduced us all to tears on the floor. It was truly a remarkable experience for the three of us.
