In 2019, the author of “The Gift of Forgiveness” and the star known for his role in “Guardians of the Galaxy” announced the arrival of their third child, a son named Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt, born on November 8.

Their youngest child now joins older sisters Lyla (age 4) and Eloise (age 2), as well as Chris’ son Jack (age 12) from a previous relationship with Anna Faris. Over time, the Jurassic World actor has shared glimpses into his family life with his children.

In May, Chris expressed to TopMob News that they are adorable and amazing. He described them as being sweet, courteous, benevolent, and full of joy, and he confessed his affection for them.

He aimed to nurture his kids in a manner that fosters self-assurance and openness, showcasing a contrast between his upbringing and his unique approach to parenting.

He went on to say, “I believe we’re entering a different era of parenting. Unlike my childhood, I always followed my parents’ instructions without question. I didn’t realize I had the power to say ‘no’ to them. As a result, I struggled with managing my own emotions healthily. That’s why we’re striving to bring up our children in a way that allows them to freely express themselves.

Though at times, the 45-year-old admitted, being a girl dad took some getting used to.

He shared with TopMob during a separate interview in May that they have him completely under their control, it’s quite extraordinary. In simpler terms, he said, “They know exactly how to manipulate me, and it’s wild.” When discussing his personal experiences, he added, “I must admit, I often find women more expressive. They seem to prefer listening to stories rather than engaging in physical confrontations.

Fortunately, he’s relied on his “wonderful” spouse of five years for comfort, expressing his appreciation through a heartwarming 2024 Mother’s Day Instagram post.

He wrote in his caption: “Seeing you care for Lyla, Eloise, and Jack as a mom and stepmom leaves me admiring and falling for you even more each day.” He expressed that managing the round-the-clock tasks of organizing schedules, transporting kids, providing love, nurturing, keeping track of calendars, arranging activities, ensuring proper nutrition, setting boundaries, enforcing rules, displaying patience, kindness, firmness, wisdom, and grace – it’s all truly remarkable.
