A poster announcing the show’s renewal for Season 2, released in 2022, depicted Fielder on a bedroom set with a woman seated behind him. The tagline “one more chance to get it right” suggested that the story may continue from where it left off in the first season, focusing particularly on Angela’s journey towards motherhood and her co-parent Nathan. However, things didn’t go as planned in this experiment.
