And she’s not just working on The View. 

Whoopi Goldberg is back to work on the third part of the “Sister Act” series. In late December 2020, Disney officially approved the project, stating that Whoopi will reprise her role as Deloris, the singer-turned-nun, and also serve as a producer for the film.

So far, Whoopi has remained mum about details surrounding the highly-anticipated film. 

Although she has no immediate plans for retirement, she eagerly anticipates passing on a lasting impact to her family. In fact, unlike some celebrities opting not to bequeath their wealth to their offspring, Whoopi Goldberg has publicly stated that she will leave her fortune to her daughter Alexandrea Martin, aged 50. This child was born from her marriage with her first husband, Alvin Martin.
