The Madness Calling Card is one of the many cosmetics you can unlock by completing challenges while playing the Zombies mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
To activate this Calling Card, you’ll need to accumulate a significant number of Alchemist Medals. You can earn these medals by slaughtering groups of zombies using at least two different elemental abilities simultaneously, like setting them on fire or freezing them.

How To Unlock MADNESS Calling Card | Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies
Previously mentioned, to acquire the Madness Calling Card in Black Ops 6 Zombies, you’ll need a grand total of 25 Alchemist Medals. You can obtain one Alchemist Medal by swiftly eliminating five zombies that have been affected by two or more elemental effects simultaneously. The term “quickly” appears to refer to a time frame of approximately 2-3 seconds, although the game doesn’t explicitly state this.
Initially, acquire the Cryo Freeze mod for a weapon that deals relatively low damage, like an assault rifle or SMG. Next, stock up on as many Molotov Cocktails and Shock Charges as your inventory allows.
In this scenario, the task is straightforward. Keep firing your Cryo Freeze weapon at opponents until you’ve frozen at least five of them, but aim for more if you can. After that, toss a Molotov Cocktail at them and don’t forget to place Shock Charges whenever it’s feasible. These charges are beneficial as they help manage the crowd and add an additional elemental effect.
