Approximately 18 months have passed since the premiere of Netflix’s suspenseful series, The Night Agent, garnered significant viewership; fortunately, eager viewers won’t have a long wait ahead for its continuation.

It has been officially announced that the second season of the series will debut on the streaming service at the beginning of the new year, specifically on the 23rd of January.

Following the customary approach of Netflix, each episode from this season will become available simultaneously, totaling 10 engaging installments for your viewing pleasure.

In its initial broadcast, the series introduced Gabriel Basso portraying FBI Agent Peter Sutherland. It turned out to be an unprecedented success, captivating more viewers than any other program on the platform that year, ultimately ranking as the 7th most-watched Netflix series in English.

According to the book titled similarly by Matthew Quirk, the initial installment introduced Peter being drawn into a massive conspiracy involving a spy deep within the upper echelons of the U.S. government.
