As a seasoned movie buff who has spent countless hours immersed in reality television, I must say that this year’s Big Brother UK was nothing short of captivating! The tension, the drama, and the unpredictability kept me glued to my screen until the very end.
2024’s Big Brother season has concluded, and at the finale, we discovered who among the housemates emerged victorious as this year’s champion.
In the finale, it was Ali, Emma, Hannah, Marcello, Nathan, and Segun who were still living in the house, each one of them aspiring to claim victory through the support of the public.
Segun was first to leave, finishing in sixth place, followed by Nathan, who placed fifth.
After wrapping up my exit interviews, I stepped out of the house and came in fourth place. Not long after, Emma exited too, claiming the bronze medal.
In the end, after Ali and Marcello were the last housemates standing in Big Brother UK 2024, it turned out that Ali had triumphed as the winner, earning 51.9% of the votes cast.
After her victory, Ali expressed that she felt she gained the audience’s favor through authenticity and lack of a premeditated strategy.
Currently, Ali is teaming up with Jordan Sangha as the pair who’ve triumphed in ITV2’s revamped Big Brother series thus far. However, it’s worth noting that David Potts claimed victory in the latest celebrity adaptation of the program earlier in the year.
Luckily, spectators won’t need to wait much longer to welcome another victor into their fold, since the program will launch both a fresh civilian and celebrity season next year.
Since gracing ITV’s screens in 2023, this captivating series has found a cherished spot among its viewers and solidified its presence across all ITV platforms, as I, a movie reviewer, can attest to.
