According to what the duo told Francesca Amiker of TopMob News, they decided to reveal the news during the gala as it carries a particularly dear significance for them.

43-year-old Good and 35-year-old Majors began dating in May 2023, two months following his arrest due to accusations of domestic violence against Grace Jabbari, his former girlfriend. Despite maintaining his innocence, Majors was convicted of misdemeanor assault and harassment in December, leading to a 52-week counseling program and a fine of $250 in April, as reported by NBC News.
Despite facing various legal issues, Good consistently stood by Major’s side, offering support during numerous court hearings held in New York City.
Indeed, during an interview with TopMob News in March, Good, who was formerly married to DeVon Franklin, affirmed that the lead actor of Creed III is her special someone.
