As a gaming enthusiast, I’m all geared up for Marvel Rivals’ upcoming release in December. The roster of 27 playable heroes is already impressive, but there are more on the horizon! Among them, the enigmatic archer who’s been the talk of the town – Hawkeye. And now, the cat’s out of the bag as Marvel Rivals has officially unveiled him as a playable hero!
Deadly at Range
Just as anticipated, Hawkeye demonstrates mastery over long-range assaults, employing his bow to launch an assortment of special arrows against enemies before they can approach him. The preview highlights this talent immediately, displaying Hawkeye landing precise shots on adversaries and earning several knockouts throughout.
Individuals who pause briefly to focus their shots precisely in the thick of the battle will reap the benefits of powerful strikes, as he demonstrates by landing several impressive knockouts right from the start. Later on, we witness him swapping arrows, one of which appears to generate a tiny whirlwind towards the target. Subsequently, another arrow is used, and it seems to deliver an explosive force that Hawkeye employs to inflict harm on his adversary at a relatively close distance.
Time for Swords
In another turn of events, it appears as if he’s using guided arrows to zero in on his targets, based on his cheeky comment, “You can’t escape this one.” As an adversary jumps at him, Hawkeye draws his sword and pushes the opponent away, causing them to fall off the edge.
