Shaboozey is raising a glass to Beyoncé’s support.
During his successful and groundbreaking year marked by his hit single “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” dominating the charts, teaming up with Queen Bey on her album “Cowboy Carter”, and receiving support from the “Texas Hold ‘Em” artist, he has been enthusiastically encouraged.
The 29-year-old rapper expressed to TopMob News at the 2024 CMA Awards on Nov. 21 that she’s terrific. She frequently communicates with us and the team, expressing her pride. So, in essence, she’s fantastic.
Shaboozey and Bey teamed up on her songs “SPAGHETTII” and “SWEET HONEY BUCKIIN” from the album Cowboy Carter. This collaboration earned them, along with Linda Carter, a nomination for Best Melodic Rap Performance at the 2025 Grammys. Working with the singer of “Cuff It” has only added to Shaboozey’s exciting career journey.
The ‘Vegas’ rapper expressed it feels surreal, as if a long-held dream has finally materialized, regarding his 2024 CMAs nominations for New Artist of the Year and Single of the Year.
After putting in a tremendous amount of effort, making many sacrifices, and harboring some quite ambitious dreams that left my past self questioning, it’s incredibly gratifying to witness everything finally unfolding as planned. I believe my younger self would be immensely proud of the achievements we’ve managed to make.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but credit his phenomenal success to the lasting impact of “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” a track that held its ground on the Billboard Hot 100 for an impressive seventeen weeks straight. The extraordinary response this song garnered, a creative reinterpretation of J-Kwon’s 2004 hit “Tipsy,” was something the artist from Northern Virginia could never have foreseen.
He told TopMob that when working in the studio, some pieces seem unique or unusual, and one particular piece stood out as exceptionally special. He described it as an experience he hadn’t had before. As an artist, he noted, such moments often signal something significant is about to happen, so creating this distinctive work was indeed extraordinary.
Here’s my take as a lifestyle expert: I can’t help but marvel at the relentless energy of none other than Shaboozey, who recently earned an impressive five Grammy nods! With an exciting year ahead in 2025, I have no doubt that his momentum will continue to propel him towards even greater heights.
He playfully hinted that he has been selected for both Coachella and Stagecoach festivals next year. If things go as planned, he could potentially be the first artist to perform at both events. Needless to say, he is thrilled about this prospect and looks forward to an exciting year ahead.
