The “Sea of Stars” game has been drawing in numerous fans since its debut about a year back, and its buzz among gamers for the classic turn-based RPG keeps growing, bringing even more players to it. Interestingly, developer Sabotage Studio has recently shared that they’ve achieved another milestone in terms of player numbers.
Speaking with BlueSky, its developer revealed that Sea of Stars has been enjoyed by more than 6 million gamers on various platforms since its release in August. This figure represents an increase from the 5 million players reported back in March of this year.
Recently, Sabotage Studio has rolled out a significant free update for the game “Sea of Stars”, named Dawn of Equinox. This update introduces three-player cooperative play, enhances combat, redesigns the prologue, adds a new Speedrunner Mode, and other features. Coming next year, the studio will also provide a free expansion for the RPG titled “Throes of the Watchmaker”.
Sea of Stars is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
