Indeed, when JT stunned Southern Charm viewers by revealing he’d be departing from the Bravo reality show before production on season 10 was complete, Shep delivered a remarkable response to his ex-cast member’s choice to step away.

Shep hinted that JT’s choice might make more sense after fans watch the upcoming season.

Earlier this month, JT shared the news with fans on social media.
On Instagram, the native of Charleston announced his resignation from Southern Charm. He wrote on November 8th: ‘It is a difficult burden to share this news, but I have decided to step down from Southern Charm.’ Yesterday, he informed Bravo that he will not be participating in the last two or three studio interviews before the season airs on December 5th (he has completed around nine so far). Furthermore, he stated that he no longer wishes to take part in any aspects of the television show moving forward.
In simpler terms, during the ninth season, JT suggested that significant conflicts could have been the reason behind his departure from the show.
He decided there, “I’ll focus on the forthcoming actions to get better physically and mentally, as this past year has been incredibly difficult and tiring for me.
