As I delve deeper into the captivating world of Tammy Slaton, I am struck by the extraordinary resilience and tenacity she possesses. Her journey is one that mirrors the ups and downs we all face in life – love, loss, and transformation.

Could Amy Slaton and Tammy Slaton be part of the British Royal Family?

Amy and her brother Chris Combs were eager to find out an answer to this question, which will lead them to consult with a genealogist in an upcoming episode of the TLC series, 1000-Lb. Sisters.

Chris stated in a TopMob News exclusive from the November 26th broadcast, ‘There’s absolutely no relation to the Queen of England for us.’ He continued, ‘We’re simple rural folks. However, it seems we’ll discover the truth today.’

Despite the outcome, Amy, who has just marked her latest achievement (a successful weight loss) by experimenting with high heels for the first time and displaying her alluring dance skills in a Burlesque class, is eagerly looking forward to her temporal adventure.

The 37-year-old expressed, “I have a strong interest in history, whether it pertains to my family or not. In particular, I am captivated by the stories of remarkable figures such as Harriet Tubman, Harriet Truman [sic] (should be Maya Angelou), and others. So, I find myself deeply engrossed in learning about them.

She’s not limited to well-known historical figures when it comes to her research interests. In fact, she’s also intrigued by subjects as fascinating as dinosaurs and other related topics.

When Amy and Chris met with family historian Vickie Fields, they uncovered the true origin of their ancestry in Britain.

Vickie mentioned that she managed to trace your family’s ancestry as far back as a man named Hugh Kirkwood, who immigrated from the UK during the 1700s. As you can see, there’s also information about his military service in the records.

Although the discovery didn’t mark them as royal, it did grant Amy another special distinction.

She went on to say, “He indeed suffered injuries during the Revolutionary War.” By providing this fact, along with substantial evidence, you would qualify for membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution. You possess a lineage suitable for joining.

Shocked and excited, Amy emphasized her realization to Chris, saying, “I’m a pedigree b—h.”

It’s no surprise that we often argue,” she joked, laughing. “Our ancestors were known as soldiers.
