As a die-hard League of Legends fan who’s been eagerly waiting for new content since 2016, I can’t help but feel like a kid on Christmas morning with these latest Arcane Funko Pops! Growing up, my room was adorned with various gaming memorabilia, but it’s safe to say that these Pop figures will take the cake.
After the second and concluding season of Arcane on Netflix, Funko has introduced a new lineup of Pop figurines featuring Champion Viktor, Caitylin, and Mel. This follows the release of figures for Jinx, Vi, Ekko, Silco, Heimerdinger with Poro, which were launched in October.

Yet, with the recent triumph of the Arcane series on Netflix, it seems like the perfect moment for a return! Why Arcane Is Ending After Two Seasons
The popular animated series, Arcane: League of Legends, has concluded its run following two seasons, marking a significant milestone as one of the costliest animated productions ever made. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean the franchise is over – it simply means that it won’t continue in its current form. Back in the beginning of this year, Christian Linke, co-creator of the Arcane series, discussed with ComicBook the rationale behind ending the animated series after just two seasons. He clarified that from the outset, the intention was to bring the story to a close at this juncture.
In Linke’s words, we had a clear narrative with a definite start and finish, focusing mainly on character development. What we didn’t specifically decide was the number of episodes, but we always planned for a conclusive story, not an ongoing series without a set ending. It wasn’t a mystery to us when it would end because we knew from the beginning. However, even though this is the conclusion of this particular tale, there may be other League of Legends stories set within the broader franchise in the future.
Arcane Season 2, initially developed by Christian Linke and Alex Yee at production studio Fortiche alongside Riot Games (the parent company of League of Legends), resumed its story in three acts. The final episodes of this season were released on November 23rd.
In the spirit of the champions and tales from the universe of “League of Legends”, Arcane unfolds the narrative of two orphaned sisters, Vi and Powder. Living in the dilapidated underbelly of Zaun, they yearn for a glimpse of the riches and grandeur of Piltover above them. In their aspirations, Vi, Powder, and companions embark on what seems to be a routine heist. However, unbeknownst to them, this seemingly ordinary task will have profound consequences on their lives and the future of both cities.
