Project Mugen officially titled Ananta, new trailer to premiere on December 4

As an old-school gamer with memories of the golden age of RPGs etched deep into my gaming heart, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement upon hearing about the title reveal for Project Mugen, now known as Ananta. With a life filled with countless hours spent exploring vast open worlds and crafting unforgettable characters, Nova, this sun-soaked coastal hub, seems like the perfect playground for my next adventure.

The open-world RPG in the city, previously known as Project Mugen, has now been officially named Ananta by its developer Naked Rain. A new trailer for this game is set to debut on December 4 at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) or 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).

Here is an overview of the game, via its official website:

Prepare yourselves! “Ananta” is a vibrant open-world RPG set in an urban landscape, where you’ll assume the role of an A.C.D. Agent, diving headfirst into an exciting escapade.

Welcome to Nova, the sun-soaked coastal hub that’s perfect for ditching winter!

In this vibrant city, excitement abounds! You can cruise the streets on a board in Paradox Plaza or engage in endless gaming marathons at Glimmergold, and there’s always something fresh to experience. Moreover, the unique coexistence of humans and Chaos adds an element of unpredictability, as your journey could lead you down some surprising paths!

New Travel Advisory from the Nova Tourist Board: Encountered unexpected chaos on your trip? Prioritize reporting it before capturing those memorable moments! Enjoy your adventure, but always prioritize safety!

As an eager enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that the highly anticipated game, Ananta, is currently under development for PlayStation 5, PC, iOS, and Android platforms. Unfortunately, at this point, we don’t have a confirmed release date to look forward to, but rest assured, once it’s announced, I’ll be among the first in line!
