I had the pleasure of attending a spectacular golf-themed birthday bash, held at an arcade, which was organized by none other than the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, in celebration of their energetic 3-year-old son, Patrick “Bronze” Mahomes.

The pair, who have a three-year-old daughter named Sterling Skye Mahomes and are welcoming another child, gave a peek into their special occasion, which they titled on their December 1 Instagram post as “Preparing for Two!

In a fun twist, the arcade’s birthday room was festooned with balloons in shades of green and brown, along with golfball-themed decorations. A lively family of four, all sporting identical jerseys bearing Bronze’s name, ensured an array of sweet treats were at the ready. They had two cakes and cookies, both golf-themed and numbered ‘2’, to celebrate the special day.

Regarding the fun they were having? The children were thoroughly enjoying themselves in the playground filled with various slides, attractions, and crane games.

Brittany, aged 28, and Patrick, aged 29, didn’t forget to express their affection on Bronze’s second birthday either. They posted heartwarming messages along with pictures showing the growth of their little boy.

She posted on Instagram, “Happy 2nd Birthday to our son! He pours love into our family. He’s adorable, sweet, and hilarious, all while keeping things lively! Know this: you are incredibly cherished by Mom, Dad, and your big sister!

Bronze’s party happened not long after Brittany contemplated on the recent achievement of her pregnancy journey. In a November 26 Instagram Story, she penned down, “I just completed my maternity photoshoot and it brings tears to my eyes.” She expressed disbelief about welcoming another little one into her family.

For the Kansas City Current co-owner, motherhood has been the best gift of all.

She shared with SheKnows in March that her calling to be a mother has been present since she was young. What brings her immense joy is witnessing her children grow, learn new things, and absorb lessons from their father. Experiencing first-time moments with them, such as taking them on outings, watching them gleam with happiness and good spirits, truly is the most rewarding part for her.

And she couldn’t help but gush over her son’s love for athletics, just like his parents.

She clarified that Bronze is truly passionate about sports. He finds joy in any game involving a ball, whether it’s basketball or football. Recently, at the park, we found him quickly darting towards a ball from afar and playing with it until he was exhausted. Given these observations, I have no doubt that he enjoys participating in sports.
