As a seasoned gamer with over three decades of gaming experience under my belt, I must say that the release of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has sent me down memory lane. The thrill of adventure, the mystery, and the exhilaration of solving puzzles – it’s all here, just like the good old days.
Following its early release last week exclusively for Premium Edition owners, the game titled “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle” from MachineGames is now accessible to all on Xbox Series X/S and PC. It’s not only playable but also included in Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscriptions, offering support for cloud gaming as well.
With the initial significant update coinciding with its release, the PC edition receives Path Tracing as an addition. Additionally, various problems have been addressed, such as a potential crash during saving, delayed image appearance in the journal, faulty animations, and other related issues. For further specifics, consult the complete patch notes available here.
Feel free to check out our review on “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle” – we awarded it a remarkable 9/10, commending its intricate level design, engaging combat, captivating puzzles, and adherence to the original storyline. Rest assured, there’s more to come for this game as its PS5 version is set to release in Spring 2025. Additionally, a story DLC pack, titled “The Order of Giants“, is currently being developed.
As a fervent admirer, I’m excitedly anticipating the unveiling of this project, as creative director Axel Torvenius hints at an immersive narrative journey that promises to be one-of-a-kind. Keep your eyes peeled for developments in the ensuing months!
