As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I find myself both amused and perplexed by this annual data dump from the digital realm. It seems that every year, I’m part of some grand, unspoken brotherhood of console warriors who, it turns out, have an unexpected affinity for certain… shall we say, adult content on Pornhub.
It’s once again that period where companies share the data they’ve collected from their users – a time often referred to as ‘wrap-up.’ One intriguing finding is that PS5, PS4, and even some PS Vita users make up a significant portion of web traffic to adult site Pornhub. This revelation has sparked an interesting graph, which becomes even more amusing when you focus on each detail individually, creating quite a few puzzling questions without any context.
At least one individual continues to log activity on the PS Vita (we’re not convinced it couldn’t be a 3DS instead). The interest of Xbox users in accessing explicit content on their preferred console plummeted by a staggering 70% in 2024. Users of PlayStation consoles, including the PS5, PS4, and PS Vita, were responsible for an impressive 95% of all Pornhub traffic related to consoles in the past year. The PS5 has seen a significant increase of 49% compared to last year, whereas usage of the PS4 seems to be decreasing, down by 16%.
