Although not every new Pokemon card has been revealed yet, there are some exhilarating additions that are bound to stir up the meta and offer more coveted chase cards for us players!
In the latest Mythical Island collection, you’ll find Mew gracing the packaging, accompanied by a fresh Mew EX card featuring the same artwork. But don’t be fooled, Mew isn’t the only new EX card that will be up for grabs in this deck. A closer look at the trailer’s sneak peeks, which showcase Pokemon moves and other card specifics, allows players to start planning their strategies for employing these cards during battle.
In all, the Mythical Island collection will introduce 80 fresh cards into the world of Pokemon TCG Pocket. The trailer has already given us a peek at each new card that will be released with the arrival of the new Pokemon TCG Pocket packs.

New Trainer Supporter Cards
The caption from the Pokemon Company’s trailer hints at the inclusion of five fresh Trainer cards in the Mythical Island Booster Pack, though only two appear to be explicitly shown in the video preview.
- Blue – Reduces damage taken from Pokemon attacks by -10 in next turn.
- Leaf – Reduces retreat cost for Active Pokemon by 2
In the movie trailer, some cards appear multiple times, but these are just repetitions of previously displayed content. However, there are also a number of fresh and intriguing cards that have not yet been hinted at.
In the trailer and on the packaging, Gyarados and Liepard are showcased, although their cards don’t appear on-screen. Similarly, Exeggutor is featured in the trailer, with its unevolved form, Exeggcute, being visible too. This suggests that these three Pokémon may also be part of the upcoming set.
