The latest version of Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown has been released on PlayStation 4, boasting numerous enhancements such as reintroduced moves, refined combos, balance adjustments, and superior hit impacts. This update serves as the basis for its upcoming release on Steam as well.

Regarding the upcoming game, producer Riichiro Yamada didn’t reveal much detail, but he emphasized that his goal is to innovate in a similar manner as the original version did, being the first 3D fighting game of its time. He casually expressed his belief that the sequel will surpass the anticipations of fans.
