On the second anniversary of the sad demise of the star on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, his widow shared a touching family photo on social media, which included them, their children Weslie (age 16), Maddox (age 8), and Zaia (age 5). Alongside this picture, she penned an emotional tribute to her late husband.
Allison posted on Instagram on December 13, expressing that our dear departed friend, @sir_twitch_alot, continues to look after and shield us. She emphasized that he is forever engraved in our hearts, and we will always cherish him. Although it’s been two years since he left us physically, he remains ever-present in our thoughts. Our love for him endures.
Ever since Allison tragically took her own life at the age of 40 in 2022, she has been vocal about how her family has rallied together during their time of grief. She emphasizes that despite the numerous hardships her children have faced, they have displayed remarkable resilience and grace throughout this challenging period.
In an interview with TopMob News in January, the former contestant on ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ said, ‘I’ve relied on them just as they’ve relied on me.’ They’re doing exceptionally well and I couldn’t be prouder. Each of my children possesses a wealth of unique talents and abilities that they’re now sharing with the world.’
Additionally, Allison, who tied the knot with tWitch back in 2013, detailed her journey of finding a fresh direction in life while coping with her loss.
Initially, I believed my mission was to spread love and happiness through dance, but now it seems I must express myself verbally instead, she continued. This change represents a new direction in my life, and I feel strongly about conveying the message that self-compassion should be prioritized above all else.
At the age of 36, she has experienced love once more, publicly revealing her relationship with tech CEO Adam Edmunds in September. Fortunately, her children have endorsed her new partner.
Back in that month, I couldn’t help but exclaim, “He’s a great guy!” to People magazine. Truth be told, I find myself drawn to him, and if my mother is content with the situation, well, I can’t really complain about whatever unfolds.

In August 2023, Allison posted her first dance video since Stephen’s passing on TikTok, this time joined by her daughter Weslie. They danced to a modern rendition of the “My Heart Will Go On” tune from the movie Titanic.
At the Los Angeles premiere of “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” in May 2023, Allison showed up accompanied by Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia.
In a post on Instagram in November 2022, Stephen expressed gratitude: “Grateful for my family, grateful for good health, grateful for the love I receive, and grateful for life itself.” He shared warm wishes, saying, “Sending you all our family’s love to yours. #bossfamily #thanksgiving

Moreover, he mentioned that every day his son is teaching him valuable lessons about being a better father and person – a process they’re both growing through together, creating a lovely cycle.
