In the film “Karate Kid: Legends”, after a heart-wrenching family event, gifted kung fu practitioner Li Fong (Ben Wang) is relocated from his Beijing home and compelled to reside in New York City with his mother. Struggling to leave behind his past, Li strives to adapt to his new schoolmates, yet he doesn’t desire confrontation. However, trouble persistently follows him. When a friend requires assistance, Li participates in a karate contest – but his abilities alone aren’t sufficient. To aid him, Li’s kung fu instructor Mr. Han (Jackie Chan) recruits the original Karate Kid, Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio), for guidance. Consequently, Li learns a novel method of combat by combining their unique martial arts styles into one formidable approach, preparing for an epic martial arts battle.
In addition to Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio, the latest movie features Ben Wang, Joshua Jackson, Sadie Stanley, and Ming-Na Wen as its other starring actors.
