Blake Lively Alleges Justin Baldoni Sent Her to Weight Loss Specialist

As a seasoned observer of the world of Hollywood, I have seen my fair share of scandals and controversies. However, the situation involving Blake Lively is particularly distressing due to her unwavering integrity and professionalism that has always shone through in her work.

The drama surrounding It Ends with Us is far from finished.

As a die-hard fan, I couldn’t help but be swept up in the revelation that my beloved Blake Lively levied accusations against Justin Baldoni, her costar and director on our cherished project, in a formal complaint filed with the California Civil Rights Department and shared exclusively by TopMob News. In this heartbreaking tale, she alleged that he consistently berated her weight during the filming of the adaptation of the Colleen Hoover novel, leaving me, and I’m sure many others, deeply saddened and disappointed.

In one specific incident mentioned in the records, Blake claimed that the star of Jane the Virgin proposed to connect her with an expert on probiotics as a “favor,” when she fell ill with strep throat. Yet, upon completing the privacy forms, the former Gossip Girl actress (who had recently given birth to her and Ryan Reynolds’ fourth child, son Olin, a few months prior to filming the movie) discovered that the expert was actually a weight loss specialist. In her complaint, she described the situation as similar to body shaming.

TopMob News has reached out to Justin’s representatives for comment but has not heard back.

Apart from allegations of sexual misconduct on the movie set, Blake, aged 37, claimed that Justin, who is also 40, fostered an unpleasant work atmosphere and subsequently engaged in a malicious public defamation against her. Nonetheless, Justin has refuted any claims of wrongdoing.

Bryan Freedman, Mr. Baldoni’s attorney, expressed dismay over Ms. Lively and her team’s allegations against Mr. Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios, and their representatives. He stated that these accusations are entirely untrue, excessively malicious, and deliberately sensational to cause harm in the media and perpetuate a narrative.

After receiving a complaint, it was announced that the talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME) had parted ways with the director of “Five Feet Apart.” This information was confirmed by The New York Times, who cited Ari Emanuel, one of the agency’s executives.

After Blake submitted her paperwork, America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel – who are all part of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants cast – expressed their backing by releasing a collective message on social media on December 22nd.

For more than two decades, they have been Blake’s companions and siblings. On Instagram, they expressed their support by stating that they stand side-by-side with her during her battle against the alleged smear campaign aimed at damaging her reputation.

They added, “We are inspired by our sister’s courage to stand up for herself and others.”

Following Blake Lively’s lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and a subsequent smear campaign by Justin Baldoni during the filming of “It Ends With Us,” Colleen Hoover, the author of the novel upon which the movie is based, expressed a supportive message towards the actress. However, Baldoni has since refuted these claims through his legal representative.

On Instagram Stories, December 21st, Colleen expressed: “@blakelively, from the moment we first met, you’ve been nothing but sincere, gracious, encouraging, and understanding. I appreciate you for being just who you are – a genuine soul. May you always remain unchanged and never lose your strength.

Blake’s sister, fellow actress Robyn Lively, also weighed in.

On December 23rd, I strongly encourage all of you to thoroughly read the article from The New York Times. This piece sheds light on the complaint my sister Blake has filed with the California Civil Rights Department, which exposes those responsible for the relentless and underhanded smear campaign that sought her downfall.

The actress from Teen Witch later pointed out that it similarly “brings attention” to the situation Blake supposedly encountered during the filming of It Ends With Us.

The director of Blake’s movie “A Simple Favor” spoke up for her as well, penning on December 22nd, “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Blake on two films now, and let me tell you, she is incredibly professional, creative, collaborative, gifted, and kind. She was not at all deserving of this negative campaign against her. It’s terrible that she was subjected to such treatment.

On December 22nd, the comedian expressed her backing for the former Gossip Girl cast member by posting on her Instagram Story, “I trust Blake.

Following Blake’s recent statement becoming public knowledge, I, as a devoted admirer, took it upon myself to highlight Blake Brown’s hair company on my Instagram Story, expressing my desire to have it for Christmas by writing, “I’ve just added this to my holiday wishlist.

Blake’s closest friends and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-stars wrote a unified statement on Instagram on December 22, expressing their support for her as she stands up against the alleged efforts aimed at damaging her reputation.
