TV Preview 2025: All Your Returning Favorites & Big New Premieres

As a seasoned television enthusiast with over two decades of binge-watching under my belt, I must say that the 2025 TV lineup looks nothing short of spectacular! Having grown up in the era of dial-up internet and VHS tapes, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come.

The return of “The Sandman” on Netflix is particularly exciting for me, as I remember devouring the original comic books back in my college days. The addition of a talented cast like Tom Sturridge, Gwendoline Christie, and Vivienne Acheampong will surely breathe new life into the beloved story.

I’m also intrigued by “Peacemaker” Season 2 on Max, having been an avid fan of the DC Universe since my childhood. With the return of John Cena, Danielle Brooks, and Steve Agee, I can’t wait to see how James Gunn continues to expand this unique take on a popular character.

Lastly, I’m thrilled about the prospect of “Foundation” Season 3 on Apple TV+. As someone who studied science fiction in college, Isaac Asimov’s novels were a significant influence on my understanding and appreciation of the genre. The series promises to explore a vast sci-fi universe with a genetic dynasty at its core, which sounds like a dream come true for any fan of the original material.

Now, let me leave you with this joke: Why did the TV producer go broke? Because he kept investing in shows that never got off the ground! Ha ha!

2025 promises a stunning array of television content, featuring the much-anticipated final chapter of “Stranger Things”, along with fresh installments from acclaimed franchises such as Marvel Cinematic Universe and Game of Thrones. Additionally, you’ll get to enjoy second seasons of hit Star Wars and DC TV series. Over 20 highly anticipated titles are set to grace both networks and streaming platforms in 2025.
