After bidding farewell to Project Runway back in 2017 following 16 seasons as host, it’s been announced that she will be coming back for season 21 this year, as reported by People.

This fashion design competition, where contestants strive for a monetary award to launch their own clothing line, first aired on Bravo in 2004, then shifted to Lifetime in 2009, and is now back on Bravo since 2019. The upcoming season, featuring 10 episodes, is scheduled to broadcast on Freeform, Disney+, and Hulu, as reported by the media outlet.

As a die-hard admirer, I’ve been eagerly reaching out to the representatives of Heidi Klum and both Disney and Hulu, hoping for some insightful comments regarding the latest news. However, I’m yet to receive a response from either side. The anticipation is killing me!

In 2018, Heidi Klum, who had been a judge since the show’s beginning and was close friends with her fellow cast member Tim Gunn, announced their departure from the program together. This duo, who won an Emmy in 2013 for Best Reality or Reality-Competition Program Host, later collaborated to create, act in, and produce Amazon Prime Video’s show, “Making the Cut,” which aired from 2020 until 2022.

Klum expressed deep pride for the show, stating it holds a unique spot in her heart. At the time she left ‘Project Runway’, she thanked the loyal fans and acknowledged the opportunity to highlight creativity and foster the careers of numerous gifted designers.

Following their departure from the show, supermodel Karlie Kloss took over hosting duties from Heidi Klum, while designer Christian Siriano, winner of season four, assumed Tim Gunn’s mentoring role.
