According to their announcement, Splash Damage has decided not to proceed with the release of “Transformers: Reactivate“, the online cooperative action game they had initially planned for December 2022.
The studio plans to shrink its operations and redirect resources towards different ventures, which could lead to job cuts in various positions throughout the studio.

Today, I regret to inform you that we’ve got some tough news. We’ve decided to halt the progress on the development of Transformers: Reactivate.
In simpler terms, this implies that we’ll be reducing our operations to concentrate on different tasks. Regrettably, due to various circumstances, several positions within the studio could face potential layoffs.
