It’s no longer unexpected that Microsoft continues to make an effort to release more of its exclusive games on competing systems like the PS5 and the forthcoming Nintendo Switch 2. This strategy appears to be a key focus moving forward for the company.
According to a well-known leaker, NateTheHate, in his latest podcast episode, there’s some exciting news about upcoming games. He hinted that “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” and “Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024” could be making their way onto PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2. Now, he didn’t specify the release dates, but it’s intriguing to note that Windows Central has backed up his claims as well. As a gamer, I can hardly wait to see if this rumor becomes reality!
It seems that, along with other titles, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, and Age of Mythology: Retold are also planned for the PlayStation 5. However, whether they will be released on Switch 2 as well is uncertain. You can find more information about this here.
Additionally, NateTheHate suggested that the game “Gears of War: E-Day” might be released on both Xbox Series X/S and PC platforms this coming autumn. This further strengthens the impression of a bustling schedule for Microsoft in the year ahead.
